These are the terms of participation in the "Spin Party" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.

3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.

4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.

5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.

6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.

7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.

8. The Promotion starts on September 16, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends on September 27, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").

9. The Promotion is available to all registered players on the Website. The Promotion runs alongside all current promotions and does not affect their terms or mechanics.

10. To participate in the Promotion, the player must click the "Opt in" button on the Promotion card on the Promo page of the Website. Clicking this button is a mandatory condition for participation: without completing this action, the player will not be able to receive Tickets, Cash Money (C$), and free spins upon fulfilling any other conditions.

11. Under the Promotion, a player may receive free tickets to Spin&Win Pulse tournaments (the "Tickets"), Cash Money (C$), and free spins (the "Rewards") in the following ways:

- Cash game rake: 1 (one) Ticket with a nominal value of 1 (one) USD for every 5 (five) USD in rake generated in poker cash games. Maximum of 10 (ten) Tickets under this condition;

- Tournament fees: 1 (one) Ticket with a nominal value of 1 (one) USD for every 5 (five) USD in tournament fees paid in any tournaments (including Spin&Win). Maximum of 10 (ten) Tickets under this condition;

- Casino: 1 (one) Ticket with a nominal value of 3 (three) USD for every 100 (one hundred) USD wagered in slots from any casino provider. Maximum of 10 (ten) Tickets under this condition. Only bets placed in slot games are counted; bets in other types of casino games are not eligible. No wagering requirements apply;

- Deposit: Tickets, Cash Money (C$), and free spins. The conditions for crediting the Reward for a deposit are set out below.

12. The deposit reward consists of two independent tiers, each credited once per Promotion Period:

- Tier 1 — a deposit of 40 (forty) to 90 (ninety) USD inclusive — 4 (four) Tickets with a nominal value of 1 (one) USD each, 5 (five) USD in Cash Money (C$5), and 10 (ten) free spins;

- Tier 2 — a deposit of 100 (one hundred) USD or more — 4 (four) Tickets with a nominal value of 3 (three) USD each, 10 (ten) USD in Cash Money (C$10), and 20 (twenty) free spins.

13. A tier is credited only by a deposit whose amount falls within the corresponding range. One deposit grants the Reward of one tier. To receive the Reward for both tiers, the player must make two separate deposits: one of 40 (forty) to 90 (ninety) USD inclusive and a second of 100 (one hundred) USD or more.

14. In addition, a player who has completed verification of their Account receives 1 (one) Ticket with a nominal value of 1 (one) USD upon logging into the Account during the Promotion Period. This Ticket is credited only once per player, regardless of the number of logins to the Account during the Promotion Period.

15. All Tickets, Cash Money (C$), and free spins are credited automatically upon fulfilment of the corresponding conditions.

16. Each Ticket is valid for 168 (one hundred sixty-eight) hours from the moment it is received. Upon expiration of this period, any unused Ticket is forfeited.

17. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be sold. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Rewards under this Promotion.

18. Free spins credited under the Promotion may be used in the slot game Skyborn (TrueLabs). The nominal value of one free spin is 0.10 (ten cents) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

19. Free spins are valid for 7 (seven) days from the moment they are credited. After this period, all unused free spins are forfeited.

20. Free spins carry no wagering requirement. Once all free spins have been used, the winnings obtained from them are converted into real funds and credited to the player’s account. Until all free spins are used, the winnings remain inside the game. There is no maximum cap on free spin winnings.

21. Cash Money (C$) is a special type of funds that can only be used in cash games. It is used to pay rake and place bets at the tables. If a player loses a hand while using C$, the funds are converted into real money for the participant who won them. The balance of Cash Money is displayed in the cashier section of the player’s Account. The nominal value of 1 (one) C$ is equal to 1 (one) USD.

22. Cash Money remains on the player’s balance as C$ if:

- it was not used in a hand;

- the player won a hand where C$ was used (less the rake).

23. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.

24. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.

25. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, receipt of the Rewards, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.

26. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
